Getting the most from your ACX reporting and analytics

If you want to dig deeper or share insights with partners, you’re also able to export your sales data. Now, we're taking things a step further with the launch of a brand new reporting tab: the ACX listening overview. The listening overview lets you watch your work come to life with reporting covering daily listeners, hours listened, and listening by marketplace. Data is updated within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor trends and patterns as they unfold. Plus, you'll have the ability to filter the data by date, marketplace, title, author, series, and narrator, giving you the flexibility to spotlight the metrics that matter most to you. Data visualizations give you easily digestible snapshots of the listening data you're interested in. You are also able to export listening data by title. Together, the ACX sales overview enhancements and this new listening overview tab make analyzing your audiobook performance easier. Armed with transparent data and analytics, you can see your stories reaching listeners all over the world, understand opportunities at a glance, and make smarter content, marketing, and business decisions. For example: use your sales and listening tabs to develop a baseline understanding of average listening per audiobook sold. If you see a title with especially high listening per sale, you may have a sleeper hit on your hands—and can use that information to optimize your marketing approach!
