Reintroducing: ACX Approved Producers

We’re excited to announce that starting today, we’ll be updating the ACX Approved Producer (AAP) program. The program recognizes experienced narrators, producers, and studios active on ACX that consistently deliver excellent performances, high quality audio, and a professional production experience to the authors and publishers they work with. Qualified producers will receive a badge on their ACX profile identifying them to rights holders as a reliable choice for their audiobook. The badge will also be visible in the search results for narrators, and rights holders have the ability to filter results to include only AAPs. The refreshed program launches today with a new batch of recognized AAPs. Producers are reviewed and awarded AAP recognition quarterly. To qualify as an AAP under the new program, producers must meet the following requirements:

• You must have created a minimum of 25 titles

• The average length of your titles must exceed 3 hours

• Your average performance rating must be 4.5 or higher

• You must have produced at least one release on ACX in the past 24 months
